Baseball

Baseball has started!  I love baseball.  The good news is that both of my boys also love baseball.  I am very hopeful that we can continue to play every year, but at least we know right now we are going to be able to this summer!  Tyson has improved leaps and bounds since last year and at his first game the other night he stopped a bunch of ground balls.  It was great to see him keep his glove down, get the ball, and throw to first base.  We worked really hard on not celebrating until AFTER we throw the ball to first.  And the practice paid off because he waited everytime until AFTER he threw it.  (we tend to celebrate the little things in life around here)  He also hit the ball at his first at bat of the year.  We have also worked really hard on him staying in the box and not backing out.  And he did it, and actually hit the ball.  As you can see in the video we still need to work on keeping our eye on the ball, but he stayed in the box and hit it.  It was a fun game and we won 15-13.  Go Rockies!
